Mushrooms are incredible. They're versatile, and aren't restricted to a single taste, so to say they are shit is like saying all meat, all fish, all cheese, etc, is shit. All of them taste different and you can cook them in hundreds of ways, or not cook them at all. Lots are also really pretty.
